Terms of business

These are the terms for the AI Boardroom Plan. They're written to be read. If anything here is unclear, email me before you book and I'll explain it.

Who you're dealing with

The AI Boardroom and Exec Office are trading names of Mark Flynn, a sole trader, at 5b Oakford Mews, Shalford, Guildford, Surrey GU4 8HU. Email [email protected]. When these terms say "I", they mean me; "you" means the business that books.

The AI Boardroom Plan is sold to businesses, not to consumers. By booking, you confirm you are booking for your business.

What's included

1. Preparation. Before we speak, I size your market, check whether AI search recommends you or your competitors, and compare you with your competitors.
2. The boardroom call. 60 minutes on Google Meet with you and any co-founders.
3. Your plan. A written plan: what I found, in your own numbers; quick wins for the next 30 days; and a costed plan with a date for each bigger piece of work. I send it within 5 working days of the boardroom call.
4. The review call. 30 minutes, within 14 days of sending the plan, to walk through it and agree your next step.

Anything you decide to do afterwards, such as building agents with me or having me run them, is separate. I'll quote it in writing first, and nothing in this plan commits you to it.

Price and payment

£1,500, fixed. You pay in full when you book, by card. You'll receive an invoice. There are no extra charges.

The guarantee

If the plan doesn't find at least 5 hours a week of your time, or £10,000 a year, I'll refund what you paid in full. Claim it by email within 14 days of the review call. It's measured on your own numbers, and there are no questions asked.

The guarantee covers what the plan finds, not results that depend on you acting on it. I refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your claim.

Rescheduling and cancelling

• Rescheduling. You can move either call free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice. I'll do the same for you, and if I ever have to move a call I'll offer you new times straight away.
• Cancelling before the boardroom call. Cancel at least 48 hours before it and I'll refund you in full.
• Missed calls. If you miss a call without notice, I'll offer you one new time. After that the guarantee still applies to whatever the plan has found.

What I need from you

A rough picture of your numbers: how your time is spent, roughly what things cost, and how you win new business. The guarantee is measured on these, so the better they are, the better the plan. Estimates are fine.

Your information

• Everything you tell me about your business is confidential. I use it only to prepare your plan, and I don't share it with anyone except the services that help me do the work.
• I use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, to analyse what you share. These services don't use your information to train their models.
• I only record a call if you agree to it at the start.
• I keep your information for 12 months after the review call, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.

Who owns the plan

The plan is yours to use in your business however you like, including sharing it with your team and advisers. I keep ownership of my own methods, agents and templates.

What the plan is, and isn't

The plan is my professional opinion on where AI and better ways of working can save you time and win you work. You decide what to act on. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Its figures are estimates, built on the numbers you give me.

Liability

If something goes wrong, the most I'm liable for is what you paid for the plan. I'm not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud.

If you're unhappy

Tell me. Email me and I'll reply within two working days, and do my best to put it right.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If I change these terms, the version on this page when you booked applies to your booking.
