What Competitor A is doing well
A page for every serviceSeparate, detailed pages for IT support, cyber security and Microsoft 365, each naming the towns they cover.
Answers buyers' questions on the pagePlain questions and answers about cost, response times and contracts, which AI tools quote back.
Mentioned on other sitesListed in local business directories and quoted in a regional news piece, which AI tools use as sources.
Three things to do first
Give each service its own page. One page trying to cover everything is rarely the one an AI tool quotes.
Answer the questions your buyers ask. Cost, response times, contract length, in plain words.
Get named on the sites AI tools trust. Directories, partners and local press that the answers above cite.
How a real one is made. The searches and questions are fixed
before anything is run. Google is checked from the UK, and the AI answers are collected from
ChatGPT and Google's AI Overview for you and your competitors in the same way. Nothing is
estimated; anything that can't be measured is shown as missing.
