Exec Office · the arithmetic behind a pipeline
Most firms your size grow by hiring another salesperson. Put your own figures in and see what that person would actually have to get through.
Of the people you get in front of, how many buy.
Not four funnels. One group of people, and each person stops somewhere. The share column is how many of those approached get that far; the books column is how many of them end up in your diary. Both are editable, because both are guesses until the ninety days has measured them.
The first four are measured on a real run: 22,484 companies across Surrey and Hampshire, screened through Companies House in August 2026. The last one is measured too, on the same run. Everything in the table above is an estimate.
Company size isn’t part of a company’s register entry. It sits in each firm’s filed accounts, as a line called average number of employees, and reading it costs two requests to the register per company. That single step is where 94% of the list disappears, and it is the step nobody does by hand.
